Subject	brackets...location/delete?

Message	there are 3 brackets im asking about, 2 of which bolt onto the block one by the oil tree (pic below) firstly i forgot where the 2 side ones go exactly (1 is on drivers side 1 is on pass) i didn't label or take before pics does anyone have a pic of those installed properly please? also secondly can i delete them? like i said didn't know what bolted onto them (i forgot), do i need them? pic 1 pic 2
